"terminate" in batch job causes batch output report to be missed

If I run a batch that ends via the terminate function, ppro shows the report output of the RG itself but will not show the “Batch Output for REPWRITER” summary output.

    Looking at this now, seems to only be an issue using the legacy SSH connector. I’ll work on a fix right now.

    Actually, I had this mixed up - it’s for HTTPs. Rolling out a fix shortly.
