Show batch output when termination occurs

Currently, when a batch report terminates due to an error, the output is not communicated to the VS Code extension. (ref. Chris D - Altura)

    This was solved with the new implementation - confirmed with Chris.

    This should work in HTTPs but I’m not sure we have signals available to pull from in SSH with our current connector. I believe when we upgrade it we should be able to, for now lets try to use HTTPs if possible.
