My organization restricts us from not-so common community platforms like Discord so, internally, any attempts to navigate to its URL, it gets blocked by our firewarll. Is there any way to consume that through your Portal?

    Yeah we understand some CUs have Discord blocked on their network but believe it’s a best effort towards transparency and accessibility to our team. For now, that’ll probably be where we keep it besides reaching out to us over email. To place something like this in Portal would unfortunately be a pretty heavy lift :/

    I do know that some folks who have Discord blocked, just have it on their phones to follow conversations & ask simple questions for fast responses - but I know that’s also not everyone’s preference.

    Going to reject for now, but know that it’s in the back of our heads - if we did offer something, it’d be a formal replacement for SMUG in service to the community where it’d be a hybrid between email / distribution list & real-time chat through Libum Portal.
