Include Files Not Found

Our organization keeps most of our include files in a folder off the root called Includes. We have our PowerOn code in other folders off the root. We keep our common includes separate because they are reusable within all of our PowerOn files. We have many includes, an example would be REMOVESPACES.DEF/SET/PRO that are reused everywhere. Would you be able to scan the root downwards to find .DEF/SET/PRO includes instead of just looking at sub folders from where the PowerOn file is located. Since the includes can’t be found, much of our source file lights up with problem markers. The one I edited yesterday had 608 problems found.
