Improve performance of completions

PowerOn ProRefinement

There have been reports of delayed completion suggestions on some systems. Need to investigate and see where we can improve.

We did a lot of work with our current LSP for the v1.5 release. You guys should see between 90% - 200% performance increase (if they compound together). Let me know if you are still having issues and we can reinvestigate - but with the caching alone, it should feel crisp.

Yes, sometimes I get a LOT of completion suggestions, and possibly invalid code.
