Adds a new setting poweronPro.autoDeployIncludeFiles which will give the user the flexibility to automatically deploy their #INCLUDE files which are associated with their PowerOn.
The options are as follows:
off - simply will ignore
prompt - will show a quick pick with the associated #INCLUDE files
all - will silently deploy all associated #INCLUDE files
