Goto Section/Procedure

Are you able to create a command that would allow the user to jump directly to a section or procedure? In Repev Ctrl + G displays a list of all Sections/Procedures that you can choose from and then jump to. Additionally, if you double click on a “CALL <procedure>”, it will jump to the PROCEDURE. Thanks!
