Fix issue where deployments aren't case sensitive

PowerOn ProBug

Basically if you change the name of a PowerOn (updating only the case) we don’t detect the deployments. Unix supports both, so either we need to or normalize.

    We know why this happens, we have to include collision management and will tackle this when we onboard our local SCM. The user will have to choose which file they want to accept, or, we do an automatic rename _cased to preserve on Windows.

    I’ve tried to reproduce this but it works in Remote Sym where rename is applicable. Also, if you’re working in your own repository you can rename & then deploy the file and that appears to work as well.

    Let me know if I’m missing another scenario.
