Fix issue where blank PowerOn file doesn't trigger completions

Creating a new file, giving it the language type of PowerOn doesn’t trigger fields on any records (ref. name:)

    This is actually just because the file isn’t saved 😅 my bad. As long as you create a file, set the language to PowerOn and save it - all of the expected completions will work.
