Don't shotgun 3 connections at once
If your AIX password is incorrect, the three simultaneous connection attempts get you locked out instantly under default security settings. Instead, wait for the first worker thread to report success before launching the other two.

PinnedWe now have lazy loading workers so this shouldn’t happen in
v1.5. However, there is an unavoidable behavior of Symitar CLI that if you enter a wrong password at the User ID prompt and cancel it flow, it will lock the console. I don’t believe there’s a way around this - if it’s a setting you’re familiar with just let us know and we can try to patch.Oct 11, 2025
