Disagnostic message appears every time I try saving the code

Whenever I save a file, whether it’s PowerOn on a Helpfile, the Output window spits out the following message:

    I wasn’t able to reproduce but for the edge cases where this does happen (potential textDocument bug w/VS Code), I’ve just added a small handler to skip directories that don’t exist.

    Are you working offline, or using Remote Syms? Just curious, but I’ll take a look and see if we can reproduce.
