Deploy Letter File filename entry box default lacks path

Open a folder in VS Code, open a file in a subfolder of that folder, then deploy as Letter File. The default filename in the dialog box has only the filename “FOO.BAR” but for proper deployment it should default to “Subfolder\FOO.BAR”
