Comment Highlighting Issue

Less of an upgrade idea and more of a bug, I’ve noticed that some times comments don’t take on the comment color if they are inline with other text (see pic 1). It is not every time, for instance, if I put a blank line between the original offending comment, the rest snap back to what they should be (see pic 2).

At first, I thought it was because the original offending comment carried over 2 lines, but making it a 1 line comment did not solve the issue.
