Comment Highlighting Issue

Less of an upgrade idea and more of a bug, I’ve noticed that some times comments don’t take on the comment color if they are inline with other text (see pic 1). It is not every time, for instance, if I put a blank line between the original offending comment, the rest snap back to what they should be (see pic 2).

At first, I thought it was because the original offending comment carried over 2 lines, but making it a 1 line comment did not solve the issue.

    This is fixed in v1.9.3 which will drop in the next few mins.

    Thanks for the report, we moved over to a tokenizer to handle syntax highlighting recently - in order to have more richness in color / diagnostics. Could you confirm this still exists in the latest version (v1.9.2) either way we’ll review & see if we need to introduce a patch.

      Thanks for the response! I am indeed on v1.9.2. I restarted the extension just to be sure, but that didn’t seem to help.
