Add support for headers ... end

PowerOn Pro

It’s possible to define report headers not only by the typical means of header=”…”, but also by a section like this:

print title = "foo"
  headers
    print "bar"
    newline
  end

  [...]
end

PowerOn Pro does not seem to recognize this syntax yet.

    We’ve fixed this, it’ll be available in the next release. More than likely it’ll just fall into the v2 we’re working on with comes with a plethora of cool things + significant improvements.
